We don't use harsh sulfates or those that may come from petrochemical derivatives, such as SLS or SLES. Instead, we use SCS: a coconut-derived surfactant that cleanses effectively without drying out or disrupting the natural balance of your skin and hair.

SCS is technically a sulfate, but what matters isn't whether a label reads "sulfate-free" - what matters is which sulfate is used, whether it's ethoxylated, and whether it's harmful to your health. SCS is the only sulfate that lets us deliver an extraordinary experience while caring for everything else.

pH is the measure of acidity or alkalinity. Healthy skin has a naturally slightly acidic pH (around 5.5). Our products are formulated within a similar range (between 4.9 and 5.6) to respect this natural barrier and prevent irritation, dryness or damage.

All our products sit within the optimal 4.9 to 5.6 range, but each one is fine-tuned for its specific use:
