There's no commitment of any kind. Having a subscription lets us forecast stock better and offer you a better price. To cancel, just send us an email — or do it yourself from your profile.
How much is shipping with a subscription?
If you start a subscription on any of our products, shipping is free from your second order onwards.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Europe. If you're not sure whether we deliver to your area, or you need help with your address, just reach out — we'll be happy to help.
How do I change my payment method?
Easy. You can update your payment method anytime from your customer portal. Just log in, go to the subscriptions section and click "Edit payment method".

When am I charged?
Payment is taken automatically each time a new order is generated, based on the frequency you chose. There are no upfront charges and no hidden fees.
Before each shipment you'll get a reminder email in case you need to make any changes: you can bring forward, pause or cancel the order easily from your account.
